Tonight seemed like a night for good Italian food, so I sought some out! Surprisingly, none of the Italian places this side of Denver have plain ol’ ravioli alfredo or fettuccini alfredo on their menues. I settled on going to Bisetti’s, and just asked for ravioli alfredo when I got there, since one dish they served had ravioli, and one had alfredo, so I knew they could make it.

It was delicious. They make the pasta, sauce, everything in-house, and it was really good alfredo sauce. The garlic bread was very tasty, too; it looks like they made it the right way, by smearing roasted garlic over some bread. Yum!

They must be popular, because they weren't going to have any open normal tables for a few hours when I arrived, so I had to sit at a very tiny table in the bar area. Worked for me! After eating, I wandered around downtown, on foot this time! It was a nice evening, and I got to see some nice things.

This guy was playing for tips. He was really good! Though I have no idea what he does with that piano when he's done for the day. This guy was playing for tips. He was really good!
